How do the stars work?
Four measures with published weights: redeemable value against the floor, payout speed, free-play viability and account experience. Our rating rules page shows the arithmetic.
Do I need to buy anything?
No. Every site here runs a free entry route and every figure was reproduced on a free account first.
Why is a million Gold Coins worth less than 30 Sweeps Coins?
Gold Coins cannot be redeemed. Sweeps Coins can. That is the whole difference.
What is a redemption floor?
The minimum Sweeps Coin balance a site will process. Ours range from 50 SC to 100 SC and it decides whether a pack is a payout or a project.
How fast should a payout be?
Between 22 and 70 hours on this board. Inside a day is excellent; past three days is slow but not alarming.
Are you paid by the casinos?
Some pay commission on sign-ups. It never buys a star, and non-paying brands outrank paying ones across this board.
How often do ratings change?
Quarterly on fresh accounts, and immediately when something material moves.
Can I hold accounts at several sites?
Yes, one per site. Multiple accounts at a single site is the fastest way to lose a balance.
