Useful To Send
- Payout reports: site, filing time, settlement time, method. Reader reports are how we catch a slipping clock between retests.
- Corrections: tell us which figure looks wrong and we will retest on a fresh account.
- A missing site: include the free entry route, because a site without one will not be rated.
What We Cannot Do
